1. How long will it take for my purchases to be delivered?
In most cases, deliveries within Australia will be made within 3-5 working days of cleared payment. However, for an additional charge, we do offer a same day service within the Sydney Metropolitan region if your order is placed before 10am or a next day service if placed after 10am (provided we have the product in stock). You should contact us prior to placing a same day or next day order to ensure the product is in stock.

2. Do you delivery internationally?
We will deliver internationally, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the voltage of our power tools (220/240w) is suitable for their country. Accessories are the same internationally, so will not present any problems in terms of voltage. International customers should email us for delivery costs.

3. What are the delivery charges in Australia?
Delivery charges vary depending on item/s purchased. For a complete list, click here.

4. Is pick up an option?
Yes. We are located in Sydney, near Homebush Bay, and are happy for you to collect the item/s, if prior arrangement is made.

5. Can I pay when I pick up the goods?
Yes, but we will accept CASH ONLY on pickup.

6. When I click "add to basket" it takes me to the Paypal website. Does this mean I have to have a Paypal account?
No. We use Paypal because of its internationally recognised security. You can either use your existing Paypal account to pay, set up a Paypal account, or simply pay with your credit card, without opening a Paypal account at all. Paypal will not use or keep your details, except for this transaction.

7. I don't have a Paypal account or a credit card. Can I pay any other way?
We will happily accept direct bank deposit. Simply email us your order, including the order reference and quantity, to enquiries@allinonetools.com.au. We'll send you a tax invoice straight back, including our bank account details for direct deposit. Once the funds have been cleared, we'll send your goods straight to you.

8. Do you exchange or refund goods?
We understand that sometimes the wrong order is placed, for one reason or another. That's why we offer a 'no questions asked' exchange or refund policy within 30 days of initial purchase, assuming the product remains unopened and in its original condition. This excludes any freight costs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the product is faulty or has been damaged during transit.

9. Do you have a newsletter, telling me about your latest products?
No, we don't have a regular newsletter as such, but every so often we have great specials and new products, which we like our customers to know about. If you'd like to receive an email from us notifying you when this happens, send us an email to subscribe@allinonetools.com.au.
